How do I reserve a home or lot in Liberty?

What does the build timeline look like?

A standard laned home or duplex in Liberty takes approximately 9 to 10 months from purchase to possession. If you add more complex customizations or a legal basement suite, the timeline can extend to around 12 months. Our team keeps you updated at every stage throughout the build.

Can I still customize my floor plan?

Yes. Our Love It or Customize It program allows you to make structural changes to your floor plan, not just finish selections. You can add bedrooms, modify layouts, create home offices, and more. Customization options depend on the stage of construction, so it is best to get in touch early.

Are the prices shown inclusive of GST?

Yes. All prices listed for Liberty include GST. There are no surprise taxes added at the end. If you are a first-time home buyer, you may also qualify for the Federal GST New Housing Rebate, which can return a portion of the GST paid. Our team can walk you through your eligibility.
